- Independent living accommodations
- Assisted living care

- Dining services
- Housekeeping and maintenance
- Social and recreational activities
- Healthcare coordination
To be eligible for admission, prospective residents must:
- Meet age requirements
- Complete medical assessment
- Provide accurate medical history
- Complete financial assessment
- Sign all required documentation
Financial obligations include:
- Monthly service fees
- Security deposit
- Additional service charges
- Insurance requirements
- Payment schedules
Residents have the right to:
- Dignity and respect
- Privacy and confidentiality
- Participate in care decisions
- File grievances
- Receive visitors
Residents and visitors must:
- Follow facility rules and regulations
- Respect other residents and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and order
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Comply with safety procedures
Service termination may occur under the following circumstances:
- Voluntary withdrawal with 30-day notice
- Medical necessity requiring higher level of care
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of facility policies
- Behavior endangering others
Our refund policy includes:
- Pro-rated refund for unused services
- Security deposit return conditions
- Processing timeline
- Non-refundable fees
- Damage assessment procedures
Residents must:
- Familiarize themselves with emergency protocols
- Participate in safety drills
- Keep emergency contact information updated
- Report safety concerns immediately
RetreatSenior maintains appropriate insurance coverage but:
- Residents should maintain personal property insurance
- We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items
- Residents are responsible for personal medical insurance
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
